  • 1.8 cups water boiling
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup alouette garlic & herbs spreadable cheese (from 8 oz container)
  • 0.1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • slices bacon crumbled cooked
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced

Directions
