Ingredients

  • cup blueberries fresh
  • ounce brie round 
  • 0.3 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • stick cinnamon (3-inch)
  • 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 10 servings round buttery crackers assorted
  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated
  • tablespoons onion diced
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook 1 minute.
  2. Remove and discard cinnamon stick. Cover and chill blueberry mixture at least 1 hour.
  3. Place Brie round on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is soft.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate, and top evenly with chilled blueberry topping.
  6. Serve with crackers.
