  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions sliced
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  •  lemon wedges 
  • 24  oysters on the half shell 
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • ounce bread white

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • oven

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Place bread in a food processor, and pulse 10 times or until coarse crumbs form to measure 3/4 cup.
  3. Heat a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  4. Add onions, parsley, and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in fresh breadcrumbs, Italian breadcrumbs, and the next 4 ingredients (Italian breadcrumbs through black pepper).
  6. Place oysters on a jelly roll pan.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over oysters.
  8. Bake the oysters at 450 for 7 minutes or until the edges of the oysters curl.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges.
