  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 1.3 cups round buttery crackers crushed
  • lb chicken wings split
  • Tbsp grey poupon dijon mustard 
  •  eggs 
  • tsp garlic powder 
  • tsp ground ginger 
  • Tbsp sesame seed toasted
  • 0.5 cup sweet-and-sour sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in pie plate. Beat egg and mustard in large bowl.
  3. Add chicken; toss to coat.
  4. Coat chicken with crumb mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Drizzle with butter.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done.
  8. Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce.
