  • oz cream cheese 
  • 10 oz spinach frozen thawed chopped
  • clove garlic minced pressed
  • cup mayonnaise reduced-fat
  • oz onion minced peeled
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper
