  • cup all purpose gold medal flour 
  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • large bananas ripe
  • large eggs 
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons blackstrap molasses 
  • 0.3 cup greek yogurt plain
  • 0.3 cup toffee bits 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted softened

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and spray a 9x3x5 inch loaf pan generously with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Place butter into a large mixing bowl and stir in sugar until well combined.
  3. Add egg, molasses, bananas and yogurt mixing until well combined. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and top evenly with toffee bits.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until baked through.
  6. Let cool for 30 minutes then remove from pan and let cool completely.
  7. Cut into slices and serve!
