  • 0.7 cup buttermilk 
  • 1.5 cups banana very ripe mashed (4 medium)
  • 0.8 cup granulated sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1.5 cups cake flour 
  • cup rolled oats 
  • teaspoons baking soda 
  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 0.7 cup nuts chopped
  • 0.7 cup raisins 
  • serving powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.
  2. Beat egg, oil, buttermilk, bananas, granulated sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
