  • 14 ounce black beans canned
  • servings rice white cooked for serving
  • teaspoons walkerswood jamaican jerk seasoning dry
  • servings kosher salt and pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs 
  • bunch scallions 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
