Ingredients

  •  banana with 1 tsp. lemon juice sliced
  • 0.5 cup bananas ripe mashed
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 24 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs 
  • oz pineapple chunks in juice drained canned
  • cup strawberries halved
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in mashed bananas.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake 30 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  7. Serve topped with the strawberries, sliced bananas and pineapple.
