Directions
- Mix flour, salt & pepper in large baggie.
- Add chicken and shake to coat.
- Saute the red onion in butter.
- Saute mushrooms in butter.
- Heat tomatoes, artichokes and balsalmic vinegar. Cook 4 minutes. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.
