  • 0.5 cup egg substitute 
  • tablespoons basil fresh minced
  • clove garlic minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  •  hamburger buns whole wheat split
  • teaspoon horseradish prepared
  • leaves lettuce leaves 
  • teaspoon soya sauce light
  • 0.5  onion finely chopped
  • slices tomatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Mix ground turkey, onion, egg substitute, basil, horseradish, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic in a large mixing bowl; form into 4 patties.
  3. Cook the turkey burgers on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  4. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
