  •  chicken breast halves shredded cooked
  • 8-inch flour tortilla 
  • cups romaine leaves (or baby)
  • small onion chopped
  • large tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 11 minutes Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet coated with cooking spray, cook onion over medium heat until soft, about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add chicken and barbecue sauce to pan, stir to combine; return skillet to low heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
