  • 0.5 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 4.5 ounce chiles green drained chopped canned
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.8 cup egg substitute 
  • 0.5 cup milk fat-free
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 6-inch flour tortillas ()
  • 0.5 pound ground round 
  • small onion chopped
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Coat bottom and sides of a 9-inch pieplate with cooking spray and line with tortillas. Set aside.
  3. Cook meat, chiles, and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add cheese; stir well. Spoon meat mixture into prepared dish.
  6. Combine egg substitute and remaining 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a wire whisk until well blended.
  7. Pour egg mixture over beef mixture.
  8. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Cut into wedges, and serve warm.
