Ingredients

  • 12 servings pepper black
  • slices bacon cooked chopped
  •  spring onion chopped for garnish
  •  cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 12 servings garlic salt 
  • tablespoon cheese dressing blue
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 12 slices crusty baguette french sliced
  • tablespoons cheese blue
  • cups lettuce chopped

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Place baguette slices on baking sheet and brush with olive oil and season lightly with garlic salt.
  3. Bake until lightly toasted, 8-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet.
  5. Meanwhile, toss lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and blue cheese in a small bowl, then dress with blue cheese dressing.
  6. Top each slice of crostini with salad mixture, garnish with green onion and cracked black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.
