Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • tablespoon sherry dry
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup spring onion thinly sliced
  • cup half and half 
  • pound lump crab meat fresh blue
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • servings buttered toast

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add green onions and garlic, and saut until tender. Stir in flour, and cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in half-and-half and next 3 ingredients.
  2. Gently fold in crabmeat without breaking up lumps.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 8- x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
  5. Serve with crackers or toast points.
