  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  •  eggs 
  • 0.8 cup yogurt plain fat-free sour
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • cups blueberries fresh
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2
  2. inches, with shortening; lightly flour.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, ginger and

  5. Mix 1 cup sugar and the butter in large bowl. Stir in eggs, sour cream and
  6. vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Carefully fold in blueberries. Spoon into pan.
