Ingredients

  • teaspoons yeast dry quick
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • 1.5 teaspoons basil dried
  • tablespoons powdered milk dry
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • 1.3 cups water 
  • 1.5 cups flour whole wheat gold medal®
  • 1.5 cups flour for flour gold medal®

  • bread machine

Directions

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except nuts in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Add nuts at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
  3. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.
  4. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
