Ingredients

  • 0.7 cup butter softened
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 cup rolled oats 
  • 0.5 cup wheat germ toasted
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  •  bacon crumbled cooked

Directions

  1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and wheat germ. Fold in cheese and bacon. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 350° for 15-17 minutes or until light brown.
