  • 10 ounces curd cottage cheese 
  • 1.8 cups extra wide egg noodles

  • 1.3 cups cream sour
  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted

Directions

  1. Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook noodles in a 6- to 8-quart pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 5 minutes.
