  • inch bread french
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried fresh finely chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 1.3 cups plum tomatoes chopped ( 3)
  • 0.3 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Place bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet; brush bread slices evenly with olive oil.
  2. Bake at 500 for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. While bread bakes, combine tomato and remaining 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spoon mixture evenly over toasted bread slices.
