Directions

  1. Place broth in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Add bulgur. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in green onions, raisins, and salt; cover and cook 5 additional minutes or until bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in almonds.
