  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.7 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 1.3 cups crunchy peanut butter 
  •  egg whites 
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 10.5 ounce bars chocolate-covered peanut butter candy crispy
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 0.8 cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. Cream the butter and the brown and white sugars together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg whites and beat well. Beat in the peanut butter and the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the chopped candy bars. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cookies cool on wire racks.
