Ingredients

  • 0.5  butternut squash peeled seeded thinly sliced
  • tablespoon cornmeal 
  • teaspoon rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil divided
  • cup onion thinly sliced
  • tablespoons parmesan grated
  • 16 ounce pizza dough refrigerated divided
  • servings salt and pepper black to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Place sliced onion and squash in a roasting pan.
