  • 10 ounce angel hair slaw 
  • 0.3 cup apple juice 
  • teaspoons butter 
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.5 teaspoon fennel seeds 
  • teaspoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • 1.3 cups apples i use 2 granny smith apples cored chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper white
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1.3 cups onion red vertically sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt 
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts.
  2. Add onion and next 4 ingredients; saut 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
  3. Add apple and slaw; saut 2 minutes or until cabbage begins to wilt. Stir in apple juice and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally.
