Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup part-skim ricotta 
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni diced
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 cup mushrooms fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green finely chopped
  • tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • teaspoon seasoning italian
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces regular crescent rolls refrigerated
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce warmed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix the first 9 ingredients.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  3. Spread rectangles with cheese mixture to within 1/4 in. of edges.
  4. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seam to seal.
  5. Using a serrated knife, cut each roll into 4 slices; place on a greased baking sheet, cut side down.
  6. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
  7. Serve with pizza sauce.
