  • cups finely-chopped ham cubed cooked
  • medium onion chopped
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded extra-sharp
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • cups extra wide egg noodles cooked drained

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ham and onion and cook until the onion is tender.
  3. Stir the soup in the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.
  4. Add the cheese and cook and stir until the cheese is melted.
  5. Add the noodles and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
