Ingredients

  • teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose gold medal®
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup peanut butter 
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter candy pieces miniature coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom and side of 9-inch round cake pan or 8-inch square pan with shortening; lightly flour.
  2. In medium bowl, beat all ingredients except candies with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Sprinkle with candies.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm or cool.
