Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup eggs fat-free
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons vanilla 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 cups cashew pieces 
  • 0.5 package cream cheese reduced-fat (8 oz size) (Neufchâtel)
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • teaspoons vanilla 
  •  egg yolk 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.8 cup powdered sugar 
  • tablespoon orange juice

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Prepare Crust; press dough evenly in pan.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until very light brown.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients except cashews and Orange
  4. Drizzle in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes or until thick and colored. Stir in cashews.
  5. Spread over baked crust.
  6. Bake 19 to 22 minutes or until top is golden brown and bras are set around edges. Cool completely.
  7. Spread wth Orange
  8. Drizzle.
  9. Cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.
  10. Mix ingredients until smooth and spreadable.
