Ingredients

  • teaspoon ginger fresh minced
  •  garlic clove minced
  • pint grape tomatoes 
  • servings lime 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice 
  •  pineapple cubed
  •  bell pepper red cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • pounds chicken breast boneless skinless cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  •  onion sweet cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish or large plastic zip-top bag.
  2. Add chicken and onion, stirring to cover. Refrigerate 3 to 6 hours.
