  • 24 servings boston lettuce 
  • 48  round buttery crackers 
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons spring onion finely chopped
  • tablespoons salad dressing 
  • oz shrimp frozen thawed cooked drained
  • 0.5 cup wine

Directions

  1. Coarsely chop shrimp.
  2. Place shrimp in small glass bowl.
  3. Pour wine over shrimp; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  4. Drain shrimp, reserving wine.
  5. In another small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the onions and the mustard with spoon. Fold in shrimp. If a thinner consistency is desired, stir in small amount of reserved wine.
  6. Line small serving bowl with Bibb lettuce. Spoon shrimp spread into bowl.
  7. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon onion over top.
  8. Serve with crackers.
