  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • large eggs 
  • large egg white 
  • 1.3 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 1.3 cups yogurt plain low-fat
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded extra-sharp reduced-fat
