Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup butter cold
  • 0.5 cup knudsen cream sour
  • tsp cream of tartar 
  •  eggs beaten
  • cups flour 
  • Tbsp chives fresh minced
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 0.5 tsp salt 
  • cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded kraft

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheddar.
  4. Make well in center of flour mixture.
  5. Mix sour cream and milk.
  6. Add to flour mixture; stir with fork just until moistened.
  7. Spoon onto parchment-covered baking sheet; pat to 10-inch circle.
  8. Cut into 10 wedges. Gently separate wedges; brush with egg.
  9. Sprinkle with combined Parmesan and chives.
  10. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm.
