  • 120 butter 
  • tablespoons cacao nibs 
  • 50 cacao nibs 
  • 150 chocolate wafer crumbs 
  •  eggs 
  • package vanilla pudding instant
  •  lime 
  • 500 ml milk 
  • 500 german quark 
  • 150 cream sour
  • 180 sugar 
  • 75 ml unrefined sunflower oil 
  • packet tsp vanilla sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the cookie crumbles with the butter and the cacao in a bowl.
  2. Put the cookie crumble mix in a slightly greased pan and press firmly.
  3. Put the sliced banana on top of the crust.
  4. Mix the eggs, quark, creme, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding, the lime juice, and chocolate nibs in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the filling in the pan and cook at 200°C for 50 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool with the oven door open for about 15 minutes.
