Ingredients

  •  eggs beaten
  •  onion chopped
  • 16 inch puff pastry shells prepared
  • 10 servings salt and pepper to taste
  • cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  2. Cook onions in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
