  • 1.5 cups baking mix reduced-fat
  • tablespoon butter 
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup skim milk fat-free
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded divided reduced-fat
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • medium onion chopped
  • teaspoons poppy seeds

Directions

  1. In a small nonstick skillet, saute onion in oil until tender; set aside.
