Welcome to the ultimate comfort food upgrade: Cheesy Stuffing Cups! Who said stuffing is only for Thanksgiving? This delightful side dish transforms the classic savory mix into bite-sized, golden-brown delights that are perfect for any holiday gathering, casual dinner, or cozy weeknight meal. By baking individual portions in a muffin tray, you get a perfect balance of textures and flavors in every spoonful, making it an incredibly convenient appetizer or side that can be served warm straight from the oven.

The magic here lies in the flavor profile. We start by toasting chopped celery in butter until it reaches a crisp-tender perfection, then infusing it with the sweet-tart burst of dried cranberries and the rich, earthy crunch of coarsely chopped walnuts. This aromatic base is then gently combined with STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, creating a moist and flavorful foundation that absorbs the savory notes beautifully. The real star of the show, however, is the generous amount of KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese. We fold a portion into the mixture for richness and crown each cup with the remaining cheese before baking, resulting in gooey, melted cheesy goodness that oozes with every bite.

At just 268 calories per serving, these cups offer a satisfyingly hearty experience without being overly heavy, making them a guilt-free indulgence for eight people. The preparation is swift, requiring only a simple skillet and a quick bake in a 350-degree oven. Whether you are looking to elevate a simple meal or need a crowd-pleasing treat that disappears in minutes, these Cheesy Stuffing Cups are sure to be a hit. Grab your muffin tray and get ready to enjoy the perfect harmony of savory, sweet, and cheesy flavors in every bite!
