  • 0.3 cup monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pasta sauce 
  • 16 ounce rigatoni 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.3 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • pound turkey breast cubed cooked
  • cup turkey stock 
  • cup water
