  •  drops hot sauce 
  • pound lump crab meat fresh drained
  • tablespoons mayonnaise divided
  • 1.3 teaspoons old bay seasoning divided
  • 12 servings paprika 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  •  saltines crushed
  • 12 servings tartar sauce 
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Stir together 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, and next 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; gently stir in crabmeat.
  2. Shape into 12 patties.
  3. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Stir together remaining 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning; spread evenly on crab cakes.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake.)
  7. Garnish, if desired, and serve with Tartar Sauce.
