  • 18 oz cheese-filled tortellini refrigerated
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked chopped
  • 0.5 cup flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves 
  • 0.5 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • cup peas sweet frozen thawed
  • 20 servings salt and pepper to taste
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions.
  2. Process olive oil and next 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Toss olive oil mixture with tortellini, chicken, and next 3 ingredients.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
