Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter 
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • cups roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • 8-inch flour tortilla warmed ()
  • ounce to 2 chilies slit green chopped canned
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup cream sour

Directions

  1. Mix soup and sour cream.
  2. Heat butter in saucepan.
  3. Add onion and chili powder and cook until tender.
  4. Add chicken, chilies and 2 tablespoons soup mixture.
  5. Spread 1/2 cup soup mixture in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
  6. Roll up and place seam-side down in dish. Spoon remaining soup mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot.
