  • cups chicken breast strips/pre-cooked/chopped diced cooked
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  •  onion chopped
  •  potatoes cubed
  • cups water 
  • cup rice wild uncooked

Directions
