Chicken with Asian Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup lite asian sesame dressing toasted kraft
  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  •  green onion thinly sliced
  • Tbsp planters roasted peanuts dry chopped
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • tsp sriracha sauce hot ( chili sauce)

Directions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup peanut sauce with chicken. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers.
  5. Grill 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 4 min.; place on platter.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts and onions.
  7. Serve with remaining peanut sauce.
