  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked chopped (rotisserie or leftovers)
  • 0.8 teaspoon curry powder 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise fat-free
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.5 cup mangos peeled finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red chopped
  •  red-leaf lettuce leaves 
  •  flatbreads whole wheat

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients (through ground red pepper) in a medium bowl.
  2. Add chicken, bell pepper and onion; stir to combine.
  3. Divide chicken mixture evenly among flat breads (about 1/2 cup each), spreading to cover half of each flat bread. Top chicken mixture with 1 lettuce leaf.
  4. Roll up and serve.
