Ingredients

  • stalks celery sliced thin
  •  green onions sliced
  • head lettuce 
  • ounces noodles chinese crisp
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil; peanut oil preferred 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  • tablespoons sesame seed toasted
  • 0.5 cup walnuts chopped
  • tablespoons sugar white

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl combine the chicken, lettuce, green onion, celery, nuts, seeds and noodles.
  2. Mix all together. Set aside.
  3. To Make Dressing: Put vinegar in a small bowl. Dissolve sugar and salt in vingegar before adding oil. Shake/Beat well.
  4. Add dressing to salad and toss to coat.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
