  • stalk celery finely chopped
  • cup chipotle cheese shredded kraft
  • 0.5 tsp chipotle chile pepper powder 
  • Tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce canned divided chopped
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder 
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs 
  • 1.5 cups meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded cooked

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings; stir in chipotle cheese. Reserve 3/4 cup chipotle cheese mixture.
  3. Mix cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl until blended.
  4. Add chicken, celery, 1 Tbsp. peppers and remaining chipotle cheese mixture; mix well.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved chipotle cheese mixture and remaining peppers.
  6. Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
  7. Sprinkle with onions.
