  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.8 cup butter 
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon peppermint extract 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup semi chocolate chips 
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup sugar white
