  • cup fully bananas ripe mashed ( 3)
  • tsp calumet baking powder 
  •  eggs beaten
  • cups flour 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup oil 
  • 0.3 tsp salt 
  • oz baker's semi-sweet chocolate coarsely chopped (6 oz.)
  • cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup planters walnuts chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix eggs, bananas, oil and milk in large bowl until blended.
  4. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
