  • cup brown sugar packed
  • cup butter 
  • 1.5 cups cranberries dried
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • cups rolled oats 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup semi chocolate chips 
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips white
  • cup flour whole wheat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Combine the rolled oats, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the cranberries, white chocolate chips and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
