  • 0.3 cup peppermint candies hard crushed finely
  • 0.1 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 0.5 cup cocoa unsweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. To prepare cupcakes, place brown sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed 2 minutes or until well blended.
