Ingredients

  • cup all purpose gold medal flour 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • servings caramel eggnog syrup for recipe (Click HERE )
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder 
  • large eggs 
  • cup eggnog 
  • tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
  2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined. Spoon batter into hot skillet, quickly forming into a round circle.
